I totally agree but he has shouted very loudly to higher management that is the way he was going to do the move before consulting anybody in the VMware team as to whether it would work? So now we have to test the migration this way to confirm that it won't work so we need to think of any problem areas to test for while performing the test? want would be the best metric's to keep an eye on?
