If you have support you should log a call and get the dump analyzed. You seem to be out of dump space - you may need to set up a dump collector on vCenter to assist and configure the ESXi Host to use it - note : if using a distributed vSwitch, this isn't compatible with the dump collector in ESXi 5.0. Work with support to clean up some space to capture the next crash.
