A simple Google search for "how to enter BIOS on HP Z-220" show many hits and the answer is F10 although one could just look at the documentation, HP Z220 SFF, Z220 CMT, Z420, Z620, and Z820 Workstations Maintenance and Service Guide, and find out it's F10 too!
